Britt Nicole is Thankful for… New Opportunities

Jaymie Nicole

Britt Nicole got to “comp” her next single yesterday in the studio. “Comp” means to piece together the parts of the vocals so that they line up with what you want. It is a tedious process, and not many artists have the patience for it. Usually this is her husband Josh’s job and Britt is behind the microphone, but today Josh had to step out for a meeting… you better believe that Britt stepped UP to take control and try something new! She is such a great example of good work ethic and how to have a sense of adventure. Don’t be afraid to try something new, Royal Nation! You go, Britt!

Britt Nicole is Thankful for… Her Mother

Jaymie Nicole
Britt Nicole’s thankful posts have been inspiring many of her fans all over the world to be thankful as well. I don’t know about you, but I have enjoyed reading her thoughts on life. They have allowed me to be more reflective each day on the blessings (both big and small) that God has laid out for me. Thanks Britt! 🙂 Check out the story behind the journal in the picture above below!

“#31daysofthankfulness continues today with being thankful for my mom! @sheilawigo  I know it’s not Mother’s Day yet, but this is an early post to love on her. Mom bought me this notebook, and it has been getting me through this season of life. I use it to write songs, make to do lists, and write down what I feel God is speaking to me!!! Making this record has, at times, seemed impossible to complete. Sometimes it feels like I’m balancing so many things that my brain has no space to create. My mom has always been there to encourage me and this little notebook has been a reminder that it will get done! Haha. Even if I have to work til 3am like I did last night! 🙂 My mom is incredible for so many reasons, but it’s not what she does that makes her so special, it’s who she is. She is a woman of love, strength, and grace! Your beauty is radiant, and your smile lights up a room! Never believe anything but that! I love u so much! Thank for taking us to the beach a few weeks ago, thank you for loving your family so well, and thank u for being you! Your beautiful.”

Britt Nicole is Thankful for… Adventure

Jaymie Nicole
Britt Nicole missed posting yesterday for her thankfulness challenge, so she may post twice today. Today she shared that she is thankful for ADVENTURE! Check out the SUPER inspiring post that she shared below! 🙂

“#31daysofthankfulness continues today …because yesterday I was too busy being momma and didn’t get a chance to post! I might post two things today to catch up…. Today I am thankful for adventure! This is something God has been teaching me, and then @v4victree bought me a sign that says “Everyday is a NEW adventure” that really inspired me. It’s so easy to get stuck in the mundane of life and never try anything new, never go anywhere, never venture out! I want to look at each day as a new opportunity to LIVE! TRULY LIVE! As a mom and just a woman I can get so stuck on my list that I need to accomplish each day that I forget to breath, I forget to laugh, much less have adventure. As of late, I have been stopping everyday and asking myself what is really important right now. Sometimes I will have a choice between cleaning out a closet, or going for a walk with my kids… Sending an email, or trying out a new song idea. It’s easy to go with what’s on the list, But try to ask yourself what’s really important right now. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes we have to get what’s on the list done, but sometimes we need to stop and have an adventure. Picture taken by me in Florida. Daddy and AJ trying out daddy’s new long board! 🙂 this is daddy’s new adventure :)”

Britt Nicole Begins 31 Days of Thankfulness Challenge

Jaymie Nicole

After 12 days of silence on her Instagram, Britt Nicole broke the silence yesterday to tell her fans that she was beginning a 31 Days of Thankfulness Challenge. She posted a heartfelt message and invited her fans to join her on the challenge by #31daysofthankfulness. Check out her photo above and sweet message below! 🙂

~*~
“Hello. #31daysofthankfulness starts today! I’ve been wanting to do this for a while because I noticed myself focusing on negative things instead of ALL the GOOD things in my life. Sometimes we focus on small things that don’t matter. We get frustrated with ourselves, other people, jobs, school, careers, our unorganized house, haha ( moms know what I’m talking about)… Sometimes we want things to be perfect, but life isn’t perfect, we are not perfect. Let’s focus on the good, the blessings we have! Life is a gift and I want to start being thankful today! Thankful for every breath. So for the next 31 days I will be posting about all the people and things I am thankful for. Start with me today and hashtag #31daysofthankfulness ! I’m starting with my man @charlessweet . He’s my heart, my love, and I am so thankful that God brought us together. In marriage sometimes you have to fight for time together, fight for intimacy, fight for a conversation without babies pulling at your leg haha, but as @thewarrenbarfield says, let’s fight for things that matter and stop fucusing on the things that don’t! Love u guys, be thankful today Picture taken by me on our date night to see @anjelahjohnson @manwellreyes in concert !!! And by the way they are both the bomb ! Go follow them :)”
